Deze voormalige varkensboerderij heeft door de bijzondere H-vorm de status rijksmonument gekregen. Het ligt op een groot perceel in het buitengebied tussen Esch en Boxtel.
Het nieuw aan te leggen zwembad met tuinhuis vroegen ook om een aanpassing van de buitenruimte.
Dit heeft geresulteerd in een landschappelijke natuurlijke tuin met veel zichtlijnen naar het omliggende landschap en een goede routing van de nieuwe voorzieningen naar het woonhuis.
